Inconsistent Quality for the Price

I had booked an Executive Suite expecting a high standard. The furniture seemed dated with chips and scratches. Our view overlooked the train line which was noisy. The bar was closed shortly after 11 p.m., earlier than I would expect from a hotel like this.

The room was really spacious and clean! The location is also perfect, right next to the Friedrichstrasse station. I loved how convenient it was for getting around.
The check-in process was slow, and it seemed like the staff were not well-trained. We actually found a cockroach crawling on the floor in our room. Walls had some brown splash marks and sticky stains on the floor. I expected better hygiene standards.

i found the location very convenient with excellent transport links and proximity to the spree. the hotel has modern decor, and the large rooms were clean. the staff was friendly and helpful.
